Our well established client is seeking to employ a Commercial Conveyancer at their Taunton office. You will be confident in your ability to work well under pressure, conducting matters in a professional manner, whilst providing a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service.

• Managing a full caseload of Commercial and Residential Property matters.
• Handling the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties.
• Working on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and disputes.
• Assisting with property development, including land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
• Acting for lenders and pension schemes in property transactions.
• Offering tailored legal advice and managing client expectations with precision.
