The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage material reservations and ensure prompt updates and communication with the Logistics team
- Facilitate the coordinated release and return of materials, working in conjunction with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Monitor all material movements and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project period
- Ensure precise and timely invoicing, while also effectively resolving disputes or handling credit requests that may arise during the project timeline, in collaboration with Revenue Controllers, Sales, and Clients
- Guarantee accurate and error-free processing in Discos II
- Create, organize, and maintain all relevant correspondence and reports
- Adhere diligently to reporting deadlines and actively contribute to the smooth closure of periods (monthly and annually)
- Provide valuable support during the annual comprehensive stock take
- Develop proposals for process enhancements and present them to the Team Lead
- Offer support and step in for other members of the Commercial team as needed
- Fulfill other tasks as requested by the Commercial Team Lead
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a background in Business Administration, Commercial, Logistics or similar field
- At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic Logistics, Material Management or Commercial environment
- Experience in construction environment in the UAE, Middle East and/or JAFZA is a plus
- Well-organized with well-developed numerical ability and attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Preferable experiences:Doka IT systems, Site construction, Logistics
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile
