Commercial Coordinator
About the role
Commercial Coordinator is a member of Account Management team.Commercial Coordinator supports the business, account managers and commercial teams with critical data entry, tracking and storage. Where needed, this will include working with Finance and WNS to determine and share invoice statuses. Commercial Coordinator reports directly to Senior Commercial Operations Manager.

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the business to support the entry of critical data in our CRM systems
  • Develop and maintains a strong understanding of the systems in use within the business
  • Track and maintain data integrity, ensuring all account CRM information is always up to date
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Work with Account Managers to flag any accounts with outstanding revenue and produce a report with actionable next steps, specific to each region.
  • Review accounts with PODs of a regular basis
  • Engage and suggest improvements to the systems in place, with an aim for efficiency.

Our requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in excel related role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience/ability working with various stake holders
  • Experience producing and sharing reports
  • Experience building good working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Very good command in English
  • Diligent and organised with a high attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker
  • Process minded and focused
  • ‘Gatherer Mentality’

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge and experience of working with payment systems
  • Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience in betting and gaming would be an advantage
  • Additional languages.
