Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (required)
• Sales and Marketing: 3 years (required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (GENERAL):

• Management of all customer queries.
• Generate new business by responding to inbound opportunities in a timely and proactive manner.
• Monitor and maintain Sales Pipeline.
• Conduct Market research UK and Irish market.
• Prepare presentations for Customer meetings.
• Maintain all relevant customer documentation, e.g. New line forms, updates to customer portals
• Prepare various reports within the commercial department.

· Ad hoc tasks to support Commercial Manager.

• Develop good working relationships with NPD, Logistics, Technical and Accounts Departments.
