Inviting applications for the role of Commercial Data Analyst – Process Associate – English – On site Budapest
The USCAN IB Team performs various data management tasks including data standardization, clean-up, comparison, reconciliation, and analysis. The current process covers the ULS modality business in the US.
The process involves collecting data from various sources (customer, biomed, service team, sales reps, ERP system, CRM system), standardizing the data and then comparing and reconciling the data to produce the most complete and accurate data set. Once the data is finalized, then files are provided to the relevant team so that updates can be made to the appropriate systems so that each system reflects the same data. The IB Team is responsible for any ad-hoc report what is requested, IB Team also provides IB reports that summarize the results of this work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best in class support for the service team all along installed base lifecycle.
  • Record in mainframe systems all activities related to installed base, in accordance with internal and external regulations to provide a clean and up to date database.
  • Keeps track of on-going tasks, priorities, deliverables.
  • Act as gatekeeper for building an up-to-date database. Evaluate and solve discrepancies.
  • Primarily responsible for working with data files including data collection, standardization, comparison, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with the business’ Global Quality Procedures.
  • Owns relationship with supplier, regular daily calls with Stakeholder and Sales Engineers.
  • Provides regular and timely reporting.
  • Follow and document promptly all process related changes in the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplifications.
  • Must be able to identify issues and apply creative thinking to problem solving.
  • Ad-hoc requests assigned by the team leader.

Minimum qualifications:-

  • University or Colleague degree.
  • Advanced level of the language of the supported region (English).
  • Experienced in customer support.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers.
  • Solid critical thinking, ability to act as a gatekeeper.
