TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will have knowledge and experience across:
- Digital Regulation and Media Regulation, including experience working on issues under legislation such as the Online Safety Act, the Digital Services Act, AVMSD, the Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations;
- Media and Consumer contracts (eg marketing related agreements, B2C terms and conditions, content licences); and
- Ideally also advertising regulation, including CAP Code compliance and ASA investigations and some working knowledge of GDPR and PECR,
Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, we are looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer with previous experience advising on these issues, although we will consider candidates with more or less experience.

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Commercial team in any of our UK offices, with a particular focus on regulatory work including digital regulation, media, advertising and consumer law, as well as Media and Technology contracts.
