Description:
The Equipment Technology and Services (ET&S) business for Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is adding a Director of Commercial in ET&S APAC.
This high visibility leadership role will lead the engineered equipment commercial teams for APAC region, implementing strategies to create value across the entire ET&S APAC portfolio and driving integrated product teams to continuously improve P&L performance. This role is ideal for a candidate who works in mutually beneficial ways to drive results and is comfortable challenging the status quo. This role will apply Koch’s Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy to develop a results-oriented team that achieves results through economic thinking, innovation, and collaboration.
This role will report to the VP of ET&S business in APAC. The preference is for this role to be based at our KES Singapore.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the front end engineered equipment commercial teams for the John Zink combustion business and the Koch Glitch mass transfer business in APAC.
- Implement strategies to create value across the entire portfolio and drive integrated product teams to continuously improve P&L performance.
- Develop and lead strategies to grow profitable sales in the combustion and mass transfer markets.
- Maximize value creation by deploying capabilities toward the best opportunities to create mutual benefit.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Advance a culture where contribution-motivated employees increasingly self-actualize by aligning each employee’s abilities and interests with value-creating opportunities consistent with the business vision.
- Responsible for engineered solution business strategy for the APAC John Zink product line portfolio, including Process Burners, Boiler Burners, Flare Systems, Thermal Oxidation, Flare Gas Recovery, Vapor Control.
- Responsible for engineered solution business strategy for the APAC Koch Glitsch product line portfolio, including Structured Packing, Random Packing, Trays, and Separation solutions.
- Foster partnerships between customers and the internal product development, manufacturing, and management teams.
- Develop positive working relationships with all internal business stakeholders, teams, and leaders.
- Coordinate with international counterparts to harmonize workflow best practices.
