Description:
JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial initiatives and drive business growth within the field of social infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement strategies that will expand our market footprint and enhance client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 20 years of relevant experience in commercial management or business development, ideally within the construction or civil engineering sector in the middle east.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated history of successful business strategy development and implementation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial planning, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with JASARA’s overarching objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead negotiations and contract management processes, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with the highest standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare compelling proposals and bids while overseeing pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government entities.
- Guide and mentor the commercial team to enhance performance and achieve project goals.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
