REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and C2C sales and marketing.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our rapid expansion, Lightnet is now seeking a highly motivated Commercial Director to join our Singapore team. The Commercial Director is responsible to spearhead, develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to increase transactions from both B2B, B2C, and C2C customers. This includes developing and managing sales and marketing plans, building and managing relationships with key customers and partners, and overseeing the company’s pricing and promotions strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to increase transactions from B2B, B2C, or C2C customers.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for all customer segments.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Oversee the company’s pricing and promotions strategy.
  • Develop and implement sales training and development programs.
  • Manage the sales team and ensure that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with the latest market trends and developments.
