ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing & Commercial Director, you will drive the growth and positioning of React Group by developing strategic marketing initiatives, structuring commercial activities, and ensuring business expansion. You will play a key role in shaping the group’s branding, partnerships, and revenue models while working closely with top management to align strategies with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop & execute marketing and branding strategies to enhance visibility and market positioning.
Lead commercial structuring, ensuring sustainable revenue growth across all business units.
Identify and build strategic partnerships to drive business expansion and PR opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize revenue management processes.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance to make data-driven decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring impactful brand representation.
