Team Overview:
Join DiDi Food as a Sales Efficiency Intern! You’ll gather, extract and analyze key business metrics, working closely with the Commercial and Strategy Team to standardize the Restaurant growth process. We’re seeking a proactive, data-driven problem solver with a knack for creative thinking and a passion for results. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, data driven mindset and, attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
- Creating, analyzing and presenting results for hypothesis related to the main factors that contribute/affect to Restaurant Growth.
- Building clear and concise presentations for DiDi Food Senior Managers.
- Working closely with Business Developers to gather feedback on the proposed data analysis.
- Designing tests for the implementation of new processes and define its success or failure.
- Presenting findings and updates during a periodic review meeting.
Role Qualifications:
- Data science, engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background (minimum graduation date: June 2025).
- Profficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Passion or strong interested in the Technology and Start-up environment.
- Analytical and structured with good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration, team playing and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop his/her skillset
- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and a can-do nature
