- Develop go-to-market strategy, selecting right channels and optimizing sales planning;
- Analyse customer insights and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth;
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives;
- Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and make adjustments as needed;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve commercial processes;
- Costing new business opportunities and quotation management;
- Providing business analysis to the Management team to enable informed decision making
- Preparing tenders to discuss pricing strategy with Sales Managers;
- Providing commercial information and negotiation aids to the Sales Team;
- Proactively seeking opportunities to improve profitability for the business and customer;
- Developing reports and commercial tools to support the sales departments.
- Review Sales contracts and commercial terms before formalised (including calculations)
