Responsibilities:

As Commercial Excellence Manager for institutional customers, you will be given the following responsibilities:

  • Be part of establishing the strategic direction for the institutional segment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Steer the development of commercial projects and programs across the sales organization.
  • Build the foundation for a more professional engagement with our institutional customers.
  • Ensure project scope, purpose, deliverables and success criteria(s)are always clearly defined and aligned amongst all stakeholders.
  • Develop a commercial toolbox and ensure implementation in the sales regions.

Your skills

We are looking for a person that holds the ability to develop a good working relationship with key stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Ideal candidate has minimum 3 years of experience from either management consulting or a corporate commercial excellence role, ideally also experience from a commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to implement initiatives at both strategic and detailed levels
  • Comprehensive analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Master/MBA is a minimum requirement
