Global Coffee RTD is projected to be one of the fastest-growing beverage categories. The Global Ventures Team is leading TCCC’s growth in this space and is seeking a dynamic Director to join them on the journey to lead growth in United Kingdom. Costa brand is the most loved coffee chain in UK over a consistent 14 years with wide store presence. Costa RTD Coffee was introduced in 2021 and we are in the stage of building the brand in this fast growing category. This role will work across the cross-functional team, leading commercial execution and operations plan for RTD Coffee in UK.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of working in Franchise Leadership, commercial, operations or RGM
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Execution: Sets the commercial KBIs and leads operationalization of BP together with the System partners. Supports country director in preparation of LRP and Business plans.
  • Franchise Leadership: Works in collaboration with the Bottlers on Commercial plan and execution
  • Performance Management: Tracks performance based on aligned KBIs, works on situation assessment, marketplace information from local teams to support the brand and business objectives. Prepares monthly scorecards.
