Description:

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the event management, conferences, or exhibitions industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to engage with and influence senior-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Passion for sales, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically to attend events and meet clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders from multinational and domestic companies.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to participate in corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential partnerships within the event and exhibition sector.
  • Drive event sponsorships, delegate sales, and exhibition participation by presenting value-driven solutions to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our event portfolio, ensuring that potential clients see the benefits of attending or partnering with our events.
  • Engage in outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events (domestically and internationally) to promote business opportunities and manage one-on-one meetings with executives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, track progress using CRM tools, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
