ABOUT THE JOB
Description: Commercial Facility Technician - LEAD
Location: North Bay
Shift: 40+ Hours per week. Weekend work included
Compensation: $17.80/hour
You MUST have a valid G driver’s license and your own vehicle with your own insurance. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Completing all cleaning to standards set out in the Reference List and Staff Binders.
- Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use daily.
- Double checking all your cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.
- Understand and follow daily schedules.
- Ensuring you are aware of the cleaning needs of each location by following the spec sheets provided.
- Taking an active effort in positive client communications when possible.
