The Commercial Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Finance Manager by providing detailed financial analysis and insights that inform decision-making processes. Position will focus on eCommerce operations across LAPAC (LATAM and Asia Pacific), as well as physical retail performance in Colombia and CAM. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders, including the Commercial Finance Manager, the eCommerce Director, and the CAM Sales Director, to ensure accurate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role combines commercial and market knowledge with financial skills to ensure the accuracy of financial accounts. She/He will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing payment methods and promotional performance. By leveraging data, analytics, and tools; will generate reports and insights that aid in identifying opportunities for performance improvement and growth.

• Assist in delivering the commercial results of the cluster, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet. Support the Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes by preparing accurate financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for improving top and bottom-line performance and other key outcomes. Utilize available data, analytics, and tools to generate reports and insights that will aid the Commercial Finance Manager and other leaders in making informed decisions.
• Support market growth plans by providing financial analysis for business cases and evaluating new market opportunities. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both eCommerce and retail operations to monitor and report on business performance.
• Collaborate with Cluster and Global Commercial Finance teams to implement best practices and leverage global insights for enhanced market performance.
• Developing and maintaining Excel models for forecasting and financial analysis, monthly P&L analysis working together with accounting team, along with conducting detailed analyses of payment methods and promotional performance to provide actionable insights.
