Description:

Established in 1969, The Original Factory Shop brings big brands at bargain prices to Britain’s local high streets. We source “must buy” quality ranges at unbelievable prices, bringing out the bargain lover in everyone so we can satisfy our customers. With over 200 stores nationwide, we bring our customers big brands up to 70% off across multiple departments including fashion, beauty, home & more. High street cut price labels were how we started the business (with our first store in Keighley) and still form a part of our range today.
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst.

  • Ability to mine and interpret large data sets to bring clear, concise conclusions to a wider, often non-financial audience.
  • Support the Commercial and Financial Planning Manager on an ad-hoc basis and provide holiday cover where required.
  • Business partnering with all areas of the company to help others understand performance and support decision making at all levels.
  • Support year-end reporting and audit schedules.
-Maintaining Fixed Asset Register, ensuring all additions, disposals and depreciation are posted accurately.
  • Support with production of monthly Management Accounts, Board Packs and associated Balance Sheet reconciliations as required by Financial Controller.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and be proactive in identifying opportunities and developing business initiatives to drive measurable business / operational benefits.
  • Participate in cross-functional company projects as a key member of the financial function.
