ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity to join the Audi Tactical Team as a Commercial Finance Analyst (we call it a Tactical and Margin Executive here) on a Fixed Term Contract until August 2025.
This role is directly responsible for reconciling, recording and making accurate and timely payment of commercial tactical spend, taking ownership of the spend within specific channels and working with the sales teams to ensure everything has been accounted for. You will be responsible for the handling and resolution of all related payment queries in line with agreed SLA’s. This role will support the Tactical & Margin Planning Manager and the team during the transition to new business models establishing processes that are compliant with our ways of working.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE:

• A positive team player with the ability to work independently and make decisions based on sound judgement.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies within data.
• Great organisational skills, able to switch between different topics and ensuring everything is documented.
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Macros and Power BI would be desirable
