In the infrastructure business, we are the leading owner and operator of vertiports to enable electric air taxi operations around the world. Dubai is expected to be the first market to launch commercial flights in 2026 and Skyports has exclusive rights to develop the infrastructure.
The drone services business provides cargo drone delivery, surveillance, and inspection solutions for the medical, logistics and e-commerce sectors, flying for the likes of the National Health Service (NHS) and Royal Mail in the UK.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our dynamic growing international business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the business by providing strategic financial insights, managing budgets, and overseeing financial operations related primarily to our infrastructure projects but will also include support for our Drones Services business. This role requires a strong understanding of the property development industry, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
This is a full-time role based in our Kennington, London office with some flexibility for remote working and an expectation that there may be some international travel.

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of property development finance, including funding mechanisms, financial regulations, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
