The Wave, Bristol, are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role within the organisation’s finance team and work directly under the guidance of the Finance Director.
The primary responsibility will be to partner with operational teams to ensure delivery of financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. You will be central to driving overall business performance by providing accurate, timely, and insightful data and analysis, and through holding the business to account against its targets and objectives.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified/Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel for modelling and reporting.
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and data insights.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with MS SQL and the Microsoft Technology Stack.
