Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Finance/ economics/accounting degree. CPA/CA advantageous.
  • 10+ years finance experience having demonstrated senior experience in a commercial finance role working within a business leadership team
  • Highly developed analytical and business acumen skill
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and relationship building skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success
  • Proven experience with negotiating and challenging complex issues, with the ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions
  • Inquisitive and commercially focused and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Confident in presenting and communicating to wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • M&A and integration experience

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join the Commercial Finance team.
This role will be a key member of the Traded Products leadership team, actively participating in the delivery of the Business Unit growth and strategic agenda including the assessment of potential M&A along with supporting the ongoing integration of recent and upcoming acquisitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key member of the BU leadership team, partnering with the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Business Unit leadership teams
  • Drive the business to deliver budgeted EBITDA and TWC targets
  • Support the development of the BU overarching strategy and individual key business strategies
  • Driving the coordination of key strategic analysis during the annual strategic planning process
  • Assessment of M&A opportunities along with supporting the ongoing integration of acquisitions.
  • Comprehensive monthly business performance reporting to senior management on a timely basis
  • Corporate Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Governance & Controls
