We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on commercial HVAC systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of projects in the commercial sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid HVAC certification or license (TSSA G2 is required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience working in commercial HVAC installation and service.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including commercial boilers, chillers, and refrigeration.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • TSSA certification (G1).
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
  • Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of service work, including parts, tools, and labor.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards.
