We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on commercial HVAC systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of projects in the commercial sector.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid HVAC certification or license (TSSA G2 is required).
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience working in commercial HVAC installation and service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including commercial boilers, chillers, and refrigeration.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- TSSA certification (G1).
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of service work, including parts, tools, and labor.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards.
