Description:

CADENT SOURCING IS PARTNERING WITH ONE OF LEADING LARGEST INDEPENDENT COMMERCIAL INSURANCE BROKERS.

They are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker who wants to join a committed organisation and dynamic team in their South Dublin office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • CIP Qualification as a minimum (MDI / ACII preferred)
  • 3-10 years’ proven experience as an insurance broker.
  • Excellent knowledge of different types of insurance policies and their terms and conditions.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and ability to communicate well, with Insurers & Clients

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on Leads generated by the organisation
  • Meet Client Face to face as needed (Travel expenses are reimbursed)
  • Generate you own leads and follow them
  • Negotiate with customer ensuring healthy profit margins
  • Report on Sales to leadership
