As a Commercial Intern within the Travel Retail Europe team, you will be providing operational support in the process of managing top accounts by communicating with all the internal relevant stakeholders involved: Area Managers, Customer Service, Marketing & Digital, and Retail colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Following the format established by the client, prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment management, novelty introduction, product information, repacks follow up.
  • Client media requests: provide the accounts with pack shots and any other relevant material.
  • Responsible for GWP (gift with purchase) and Sampling consumption relating to retailer specific activities.
  • Support Key Account Managers in the pricing process and tool update.
  • Support in managing databases of promotional staff, rentals (permanent & promo), decoration, GWP (gift with purchase), sampling, linked to animation and launch plan to follow-up budgets and P&L.
  • Support the Key Account Managers analyzing monthly sales results and ROI of the marketing activities, animations/promotions.
  • Support the Key Account Managers with the creation of the yearly launch and promotional plans.
  • Support the Key Account Managers with sell-out and sell-in monthly analysis to look for business opportunities.
  • Contribution/Participation to business reviews and client presentations.
