If you are a qualified lawyer who is passionate about delivering innovative commercial solutions whilst providing exceptional client service, you will fit in well with the team. You will have experience in commercial litigation from offering insightful advice, to guiding businesses through legal challenges to assist with their commercial needs. Your experience in commercial transactions may include the sale and purchase of other businesses, drafting commercial agreements including loan agreements and general security deeds as well as a wide range of other legal services or other commercial law services.
