CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience
• Significant experience of reviewing commercial client agreements

We have an exciting opportunity for a 2-4 years’ PQE commercial lawyer to join our Group Commercial Legal Services team within our General Counsel’s Office for a fixed term of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Drafting, amending and negotiating agreements in respect of the Firm’s alternative legal services and professional services offerings, including reviewing commercial contracts relating to the Firm’s teams under the Vario group i.e. Flexible Services, Managed Legal Services etc and the Advanced Delivery teams (’ADT’).
• Building and nurturing relationships with the teams mentioned above.
• Supporting on the development and maintenance of template agreements and commercial playbooks for standard products and offerings provided by the above teams.
