- Typically, 2 + years of administrative support experience required
- RIBO Licensed an asset
- Surety knowledge or experience as an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, and other technologies i.e. Adobe
- Strong organizational, time, and client management skills
- Detail-Oriented with strong initiative and follow-up skills
- Effective communication skills: verbal and written
- Strong team player
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Bilingual in English and French an asset
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
HUB International continues to grow and we are looking for a strong Commercial Account Associate to effectively support the busy account workflow for our Surety Solutions Practice in downtown Toronto. This is an ideal role for an individual who is responsive, can handle a high volume of work, and has strong customer service. You will learn from Christina Kontogeorgopoulos, Assistant Vice President, Surety Solutions who brings over 10 years of experience at HUB. This is an ideal role for someone who is interested in learning and supporting a growing niche market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Executing surety bonds across Canada
- Answering client queries and communicating with insurance companies
- Uploading documentation to various systems and setting up electronic client files in Epic
- Maintaining an effective abeyance system
- Assisting and supporting Account Managers and responding to client inquiries
- Helping where required and performing all other duties as assigned by Account Team
