Description:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS
- Required RIBO License and at least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Certifications in CAIB or CIP (or are working toward them) to boost your professional expertise.
- Collaboration Mindset: A team player attitude, capable of working seamlessly within both Production and Service teams.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: A natural ability to connect with clients and colleagues, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and Negotiation Savvy: You know how to make a case for your clients and reach win-win outcomes.
- Organizational Excellence: A talent for managing time, tasks, and deadlines with ease.
- Tech Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and familiarity with TAM or EPIC are a plus!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Client Needs: Guide and support existing clients by providing quotations, processing endorsements, and adjusting premiums to ensure optimal coverage.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Field client inquiries, handle claims, and manage renewals to build confidence and trust in every interaction.
- Lead Insurance Submissions: Prepare, submit, and monitor insurance applications, proposals, and summaries that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Oversee Binders and Billing: Coordinate the processing of binders, certificates, and billing to keep things running smoothly and accurately.
- Maintain Key Relationships: Serve as a primary contact on accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients and insurers alike.
- Negotiate for the Best Outcomes: Work alongside our producers to negotiate the best coverage and pricing options for clients.
- Drive the Claims Process: Advocate on behalf of clients during the claims process to ensure their needs are met.
- Leverage Tech Tools: Utilize third-party systems to streamline policy issuance and enhance efficiency.
