QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• RIBO License preferred, but would facilitate appropriate training for the right candidate
• CAIB or progressing towards CAIB designation is an asset
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.

• Manage and service a set book of commercial and farm clients.
• Administer the renewal process in obtaining renewal information, review coverages, renewal terms and make coverage recommendations
• Provide support and assistance to clients during the claims process
• Focus on building rapport with clients and meet and exceed retention goals
• Remarket existing policies as required
• Mono-line sales
• Conduct policy changes- gathering information, overseeing the changes with the client
• Work alongside Junior Account Managers to oversee administrative responsibilities
