A top insurance agency in the Burbank area is looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager to the team! This agency has over 15 years of experience in the business and has been highly successful by rewarding its hard-working employees with fun team events and offering superior service to its clients!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management at a retail brokerage
• Property & Casualty license
• Proficient with Applied EPIC
• In-depth knowledge of various lines of commercial insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

• Building positive relationships with carriers
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
• Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters
• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
• Effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned
