Description:
As part of the KRGinsure Management Team, you will be involved in creating plans and setting strategy for Commercial Lines. Reports to Executive Vice President, Commercial Lines.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines Experience
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional relationship buildings skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft product suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Experience with EPIC and PolicyWorks is an asset
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Insurance industry designation is an asset
- Must be able to work in the KRGinsure office a minimum of 4 days per week
- Active RIBO license is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of commercial risk placement specialists
- Ensure KRG Service standards are achieved (renewals, endorsements, certificates, etc.)
- Ensure KRG quality levels are achieved in renewal, endorsement and certificate process (example: Coverage gap analysis, options for clients)
- Develop unique and effective relationships with key insurance companies to enable risk placement
- Review insurance programs for commercial prospects
- Ensure the highest quality of submissions to market using EPIC and PolicyWorks
- Mentor and develop team members including annual performance appraisals and/or performance improvement plans
- Effective team member providing an outstanding new customer experience
- Work closely with Senior Account Managers and Producers
