• NQ - 3 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor
• Southampton office with hybrid working
• National legal 500 law firm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle a range of disputes, including contractual and commercial conflicts, professional negligence claims, and shareholder and partnership disputes
• Advise clients on legal strategies, potential risks, and outcomes, ensuring clear and commercially focused communication
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums, preparing and advocating their cases
• Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance
• Conduct thorough legal research to guide case strategies and deliver practical solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and fostering trust
• Stay informed on developments in commercial law to ensure the highest standards of practice
