We are hiring for a Commercial Logistics Manager to join our team, whose core responsibilities will be effective management of third-party logistics relationships throughout all our Businesses. What You Will Do
We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual who will thrive within our Market-Based Management® culture. Within the Commercial Logistics Manager role you will be responsible for establishing, growing and overseeing mutually beneficial relationships with our logistics providers throughout Europe. You will establish and maintain robust processes and monitor KPIs that ensure effective management of these third-party activities. You will be the main point of contact for these third parties and collaborate closely with the Logistics Operations team as well as other business functions around the globe. You will develop and optimize regional and global supply chains, apply scenario thinking and provide options to problem solve and make sound recommendations to the business. As part of our vision, we are looking for someone who will (1) identify and capture profitable opportunities that create marginal value for INVISTA and its customers, and (2) transform how supply chains are optimized, through innovation & transformation.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
We are seeking proactive candidates with a contribution mindset, who demonstrate initiative and strong economic & critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to articulate ideas to and handle challenge from a wider group of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities to capture value through driving profitable decision making on internal and external process optimization, satisfy customer needs, vendor selection and means of transport among others. Alongside experience in a similar role, we are keen to meet candidates who bring strong economic thinking skills and who have an aptitude for technology.

  • Several years of professional experience is required, alongside a contribution mindset.
  • A bachelor’s degree and / or exposure to Supply Chain / International Logistics in the petro-/chemical industry is desirable.
  • Additional language skills to fluent English will set you apart from your peers.
