JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Commercial Management Intern. This role focuses on supporting Account Managers with revenue and pricing strategies for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) products while collaborating with MRO Event Managers and financial analytics experts and contributing for effective cost control. Over 12 months, they will gain hands-on experience in customer relationship and contract management, with opportunities for international travel to participate in business review meetings and negotiations.
As part of our team, Commercial Management Intern’s contributions will directly influence the operational and financial performance of one of our most prominent product lines. The candidate will bring advanced analytical skills, a strong command of tools such as Excel (including coding), and a strategic mindset to drive excellence in contract management and cost optimisation.

• Proficiency in workload management and commercial activities tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  This position offers an exciting opportunity for students currently in the second year of a Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related degree at a UK university or college.

• Collaborate with the Global Sales Team, CFO, MRO Event Managers, and the Controlling team to support improvement and further development of a highly complex, multimillion-dollar revenue business case calculation tool.
• Work closely with the CFO, MRO Event Managers, and Controlling teams to design and create new reporting tools for MRO Event and Contract commercial performance, including: MRO Event Post Job Report, Contract Performance Report & Work in Progress Commercial Performance Monitoring Report
• Develop and implement a commercial activities management and tracking system for each Landing Gear MRO event, providing the Product Line team with real-time insights and improved operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product Line to create a KPI monitoring tool for the team.
• Support the Head of Product Line with process change implementation initiatives.
• Work alongside the Continuous Improvement team on ongoing projects to enhance departmental performance.
