At Brass Lion Distillery, we craft premium spirits that embody the soul of Singapore. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled Commercial Manager to take charge of our distribution strategies and drive growth in new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Growth & Development: Oversee and expand commercial activities in both local and international markets. Create and implement strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
  • Distribution Oversight: Manage relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and maximize sales across both on-trade (bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail outlets) segments.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all activities comply with relevant local and international regulations, leveraging your understanding of the regulatory landscape to guide business decisions.
  • Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations with partners and distributors, securing beneficial agreements. Manage the drafting and execution of contracts to align with commercial goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key distributors and retailers, ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality service.
  • Brand Champion: Represent our brand at industry events, showcasing its premium positioning in a professional and eloquent manner.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, providing insights to refine commercial strategies and ensure competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in distribution sales, ideally from FMCG, luxury goods, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, health and wellness products, tobacco, or high-end retail industries.
  • Familiarity in regulatory compliance, with the ability to navigate complex industry requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus), with strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.
  • Experience with premium products, bringing a deep understanding of the luxury market.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
