Description:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • As Americas Export Manager, you will be accountable for delivering the profit target for the region, and YoY growth.
  • Lead the OP expansion plan by opening new markets, launching new brands and products, managing prices, and collaborating with distributors, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure performance, delivery, and financial forecasts align with company goals.
  • Identify and maximize insights/data to highlight opportunities and risks, create annual plans with customers, implement must-win battles (MWB) for business growth, and ensure compliance with legislative updates to avoid out-of-stock issues.
  • Rizla is a Focal point for the UK & Ireland as our biggest cluster, you will ensure the UK & Ireland team is supported in this unique category via collaboration with the cluster team to support product launches, pricing, supply chain, and consumer marketing.
  • Utilize insights to identify opportunities and risks, co-create annual plans with the cluster consumer marketing team, and allocate A&P accordingly.
  • Collaborate with market teams, consumers, customers, and suppliers to align operational execution and KPIs, review performance, and implement global initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • You will have demonstrable commercial experience gained within an FMCG business.
  • Financial acumen and numerically sound with the ability to think strategically and link information in a broader context.
  • Ability to analyse complex situations and to be an effective problem solver and have evidence of strong customer management and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong collaboration, commercial astuteness with the ability to build key relationships internally and externally.
  • You will be an analytical / logical individual with a significant passion and drive for what they do, as well as the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
  • Strong analytical and complex interrogation skills of multiple data sources, with the ability to present multi-faceted information in a simple way to various levels in the organisation.
  • Fluency in Business English is essential, Spanish Language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
