Your mission: Drive growth and success in South America
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy for South America. You will guide our local affiliates, inspire sales teams, and ensure sustainable growth in the region.

In this role, you will make a real impact by:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and strengthen our market position together with the affiliate managers.
  • Identifying market opportunities and proactively responding to developments in the region in collaboration with global industry development teams.
  • Motivating sales teams to actively pursue new clients and introduce new products.
  • Monitoring objectives, both financially and operationally, within your area of responsibility.
  • Contributing to strategic projects and investments that support our growth ambitions.

What doe you need to be successful?

You are a natural commercial leader and strategic thinker with:

  • A higher education degree, combined with 5 to 10 years of experience in international trade, preferably in South America.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Open to traveling approximately 20% of the time to South America.
  • The ability to collaborate with local teams and diverse departments at our headquarters.
  • Strong commercial expertise and insight into strategic and financial challenges, enabling you to make an impact for our clients and subsidiaries.
  • Residence in the region of Antwerp
