You will be joining a high-profile main contractor based in Birmingham operating in the water industry. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Commercial Manager to lead their commercial team.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As Commercial Manager, you will be based out of their Birmingham office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Effectively managing operational efficiency and change, identifying areas for improvement
• Supporting with framework and bid submission packs
• Assessing and reporting on commercial aspects of project performance
• Ensuring monthly commercial reports are accurately completed
• Managing relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders
• Efficiently managing costs and budgets.
