Responsibilities:

  • Deliver great customer outcomes to our users and partners.
  • Being an integral representative between CtM and partners ensuring consistent adherence to CtM values and behaviours.
  • Having ownership of a portfolio of lending partners focusing on their trading performance, marketing support, product and journey optimisations.
  • Working with wider Grow team to understand customer needs and markets for targeted products and develop strategy for CtM to deliver (including potential new products and go-to-market approach).
  • Supporting the building of plans and investment cases for specific products or opportunities, prioritising the backlog of opportunities.
  • Proactively develop direct relationships with market participants
  • Support Request For Information (RFI) processes and co-ordination of CtM supplier selection for CtM Products and delivering compelling commercial and
  • Risks identified, monitored and mitigated proactively and with strong understanding as to the relevant regulatory requirements
    Protect the customer through robust due-diligence, execution and third-party management, ensuring appropriate policies and frameworks are followed to evidence good customer outcomes
