LET’S TALK ABOUT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in medical or dental devices
  • Career-level sales account managers who are seasoned, experienced professionals with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of topics in professional and creative ways
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
  • Affinity with new technologies like intra oral scanning and CAD/CAM
  • Being able to work in a highly competitive market
  • Strong communicative skills, both verbal and written
  • You are a team player but feeling comfortable as well working independently most of the time
  • Native level of Dutch and fluent level in English
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignment
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as a minimum
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in French
  • Experience with direct reports

Responsibilities:

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE:

The primary role of the Commercial Manager ( Dental Sleep) is - next to the daily support of the existing customers - to identify, develop and implement strategy and actions, ensuring business growth targets are achieved annually and driving a business model that makes ResMed solutions the No 1 choice.
Key deliverables include developing strong relationships with key customers at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence the choice for our product. Reviewing feasibility of new markets and their potential growth opportunities.

LET’S TALK ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In this position you are responsible for further developing our MAD (Mandibular Advancement Device) business in the Netherlands through building relationships and network amongst those involved in MAD treatment for sleep apnoea and snoring like dentists, ENT, Oral surgeons, pulmonologists, somnologists and the patient association, ensuring that ResMed’s innovative products and solutions in MAD treatment are known and well-accepted in the market
  • You will be responsible as well for supporting our B2B business
  • Your activities vary from providing training, presentations and technical/clinical support
  • Maintaining existing business and expanding the use of Narval to new customers and building a business plan around it
  • Organising and attending customer and scientific events
  • Developing a network of prescribers, payers, associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • In this role you will have a good understanding of the Dutch healthcare system and it’s important that you are fully aware of the reimbursement structure and guidelines for sleep apnoea and MAD treatment in the country specifically and are able to define the right approach for the business based on this.
  • Set regular meetings with the commercial director to further define the right strategy and approach
  • Responsible for achieving the quarterly sales target
  • Working closely with the local team and commercial director and the Narval CC team in Lyon; EMEA marketing, PD, Customer Service and Technical Service.
