Key accountabilities:

  • Driving the commercial performance of DLM products like Trade in and Refurbished devices, ensuring we hit KPI’s and Budget targets.
  • Manage the Trade In and Refurbished Device vendor partnerships, ensuring stock and sales KPI’s are delivered to target and in budget. Ensuring stock flow is always optimised and de-risked.
  • Develop effective sales strategies with multiple vendors and types of stock disposition, from e-commerce, nearly new to wholesale auctions.
  • Creating commercial recommendations to the product team and managing and monitoring commercial impacts driven by the proposition teams, helping to build process and governance, ensuring the marketing plan is commercially viable.
  • Working with the offshore data and BI team to deliver reporting and insight into DLM product performance, insight packs and P+L reviews.
  • Work closely with the product team to effectively deliver on goals and strategies for DLM, work with channels to ensure Trade In is a priority goal and manage commercial performance and compliance in cross functional virtual team partnerships

Responsibilities:

The purpose of the Logistics & Device Lifecycle Commercial Manager is to manage the commercial performance of products (Returns, Trade In, Repairs, Deliveries, etc.) as well as driving a roadmap of improvements in contract terms, pricing, product performance, processes, and partner negotiations.

You will be the champion of the DLM commercial outlook, lead device life-cycle management and commercial success in UK in conjunction with the segment teams. You will help to assess new product feature requirements, enhancements, and ideas for new DLM products. You will work very closely with local segment teams, Vodafone Group Product and Platform Managers and execute overall 2nd life product strategy in UK.
