Our focus is the Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) business, providing sustainable energy systems to industrial and commercial customers, property developers and local authorities, helping them meet decarbonization targets and realize cost savings. Join our team at E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) and help shape the digital future of E.ON. As part of our team, you’ll drive digital transformation, building and scaling digital applications in areas like energy system optimization, smart asset management, and meter-to-cash. As a dynamic and skilled Commercial Manager (f/m/d) within our unit, you will be at the forefront of driving the green digital transition.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Lead the commercialization of the EIS solution suite, ensuring full compliance with E.ON’s IT service and commercial frameworks
  • Take ownership of financial strategies, budget planning, and program controlling, while supporting internal and external sourcing to maximize effectiveness
  • Provide strategic support in program management, including SteerCo preparation, to elevate project outcomes
  • Craft and manage impactful communications for the program, ensuring clarity and engagement across various platforms
  • Oversee backend activities, such as IT procurement, service enablement, and onboarding of new team members, with precision
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of program documentation using tools like Confluence and JIRA, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Handle the management of EDT processes, including sourcing and invoicing, to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Hold a master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or engineering, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bring a solid background in project and product management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing large-scale program budgets and ensuring accountability
  • Possess hands-on expertise in backend operational activities like IT procurement and service enablement, along with proficiency in tools such as Confluence and JIRA
  • Excel in strategic program support, including preparation for high-level committee meetings and contributing to key decisions
  • Thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and demonstrating adaptability in both independent and team settings
