Description:
A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Manager at Keegan Group located in Rathmoylon, Co Meath. This is a permanent opportunity and will report to the Managing Director.

Role Summary:
This role will be overseeing our day-to-day commercial operations. As Commercial Manager your primary role will be to ensure existing projects are operating within agreed targets from a commercial perspective. In conjunction with our operations management teams, you will be responsible for driving, delivering & forecasting the cost and scope of projects within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, supervising, and liaising with the estimating department.
- Agreeing and negotiating contracts.
- Negotiating and appointing Subcontractors.
- Reviewing & approving valuations for our main contractors.
- Negotiating terms & conditions including final accounts with our clients.
- Ensure all completed works are billed correctly
- Ensure all payments to Subcontractors are in line with budget and contractual targets.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and a consistent approach to pre-sales facilitating an efficient sales approach and a profitable project delivery.
- Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Confer with management, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
- Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation
