NRG Riverside is looking for a Commercial Manager to join our ever-expanding contract hire and flexi hire business. The role will predominantly be responsible for generating accurate quotes for customers, working closely with our Business Development Managers and Fleet and Asset Team.

Responsibilities:

You will report to the Commercial Director and be a core member of the Commercial Team. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate at all levels. The role includes:

  • Creating and delivering accurate and timely quotations for customers and tenders, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
  • Liaising with suppliers and our internal teams including our Business Development Managers, Finance and Fleet and Asset Team for prices and technical information.
  • Keeping up-to-date manufacture pricing matrices to ensure margins are maintained
  • Working with finance to analyse profitability metrics and ensure pricing is consistent with overall business goals
  • Maintaining our CRM and analyse trends in data with accurate reporting within the Commercial Team and at Board level.
  • Generating contract schedules in a set template for new business with delivery via Adobesign

This role requires a candidate with:

  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to follow established governance processes always maintaining traceability.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail which is a key attribute of this role.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes at any one time.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a dealership, OEM or similar business
