Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the commercial operations of our Network Operating Centre, managing a Europe-wide charging network
- You manage the commercial relationships with our field service providers and handle purchase order creation
- You optimize costs and act as the interface with our finance and purchasing department
- You conduct data analysis based on commercial data, CRM data as well as charge data records
- You are responsible to analyse and quality check charge data records for invoicing processing with our partners
- You support the continuous improvement of our service quality and operational excellence
- You actively contribute to the ongoing growth of our eMobility business
