Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement initiatives to deliver the core upgrade/retention KPI’s - these initiatives include strategic, long term and reactive changes
  • Driving channel trading performance, assessing the effectiveness of in-flight activities and forecasting future results and long-term planning
  • Develop and deliver retention Upgrade opportunities which can be converted into campaigns to improve retained value, handset and digital mix
  • Work with the PAYM segment pricing and device teams to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift. Create and run test & learn strategies
  • Work closely with channels to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations
  • Develop accurate forecasts and base profiles to underpin the trading/budget cycles and determine pricing /funding choices
  • Develop business cases to secure new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder
  • Weekly/monthly forecasting of key KPIs
