Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

  • In this role as Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the commercial performance, forecasting & achievement of key market, customer & financial KPIs of our Small Business marketplace portfolio, across Soho and SME. As owner of the VBU Small Business marketplace P&L you will ultimately be responsible for commercial planning, performance and delivery of trading and P&L optimisation initiatives to drive sustainable growth and build market share for the segment.
  • You are a highly analytical, commercially minded and proactive individual able to step back to see the bigger picture and simplify the complex; you are able to assimilate data quickly and provide clear conclusions.
  • You have a tireless and results driven mentality and are able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mind-set.
  • You will work as part of Vodafone Ireland’s Small Business Segment Team who are responsible for owning, shaping and defining the commercial success and strategy of Vodafone Business Unit’s (VBU) Small Business mobile, fixed & beyond connectivity portfolios .
  • The team works closely with all other VBU teams in the business as one Virtual team, in particular with sales, marketing and product delivery teams.
  • You will also work cross functionally with our colleagues in Finance, Customer In Life, Technology & Networks and Group.
