Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Shannon
Role Overview:
The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the commercial strategy for STS. This role focuses on revenue generation, marketing, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships, ensuring clients’ needs are met and driving business growth through exceptional service.
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and GTAs, while staying ahead of industry trends.
Marketing & Strategy Implementation
- Lead the marketing strategy to promote business growth and enhance STS’s market presence.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead the commercial team and collaborate across departments to ensure customer needs are met and services are delivered seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial management, ideally in aviation or a regulated industry.
- Technical aviation experience preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
- Experience in marketing strategy development.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Current legal work permit.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Business degree or similar qualification in Aviation.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to forecast market changes and proactively manage a business pipeline.
- Leadership: Experience in leading a team and managing cross-departmental collaboration.
- Data-Driven: Leverages market intelligence and data to inform commercial strategies.
- Customer-Focused: Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
