Description:

As the Commercial Manager (Subcontractor Partnerships), you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of subcontractors. Your focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our projects by optimising subcontractor performance, managing risk, and promoting compliance with our quality, safety, and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a subcontractor management role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and construction industry best practices.
